Solid Round Dies

Pro Export Plus supplies circular dies in hobby, standard and professional execution. Hobby execution is from carbon steel, standard execution from high speed steel and professional execution from high speed steel with cobalt. Solid circular dies with M and MF thread are manufactured in 6g tolerance, range M 1 to M 52. Left execution or with chip breaker are available as well. We supply also circular dies with thread P in range P 7 to P48, BSW 1/16" to 2", BSF 3/16" to 1", G 1/8" to 2", UNC 4 to 12 and 1/4 to 2, UNF 4 to 12 and 1/4 to 1.1/2 and UNEF 12 and 1/4 to 1.11/16. Adjustable Round Dies

Pro Export Plus supplies adjustable circular dies in standard execution from high speed steel.They are manufactured according to BS-1127:1950 - threads are M and MF in range M2 to M39, G in range 1/8" to 2", BSW in range 3/32" to 1", BSF in range 3/16" to 1", UNC in range 4-12 and 1/4 to 1, UNF in range 4-12 and 1/4 to 1, UNEF in range 12 and 1/4 to 1. Production according to to NF.E-74.001 has following threads: M and MF in range M3 to M36, G in range 1/8" to 2", BSW in range 1/8" to 2", UNC and UNF in range 1/4 to 1.
